Who is responsible

What happens when you open a link page

To deliver the page, our server necessarily processes your IP address and the technical information your browser sends (for example the user agent). The servers are located in the European Union.

We keep usage statistics so creators can see how their page performs. For each page view and link click we store:

• the page and, for clicks, the link that was clicked,
• device type and operating system (e.g. "mobile, iOS") and whether the page was opened inside an app such as Instagram or TikTok,
• the domain of the referring website, if any,
• the country derived from your IP address,
• a pseudonymous visitor ID that is a one-way hash of your IP address and user agent combined with a random value that changes every day and is never stored. It cannot be traced back to you and cannot link your visits across days.

Your IP address itself is not stored. Requests from known bots are not counted. Individual page views and clicks, including the visitor ID, are kept for up to 32 days; after that they are combined into hourly totals without the visitor ID. Statistics are deleted after 13 months. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

If a page or link requires age confirmation, we store a cookie named age_ok for up to one year so you don't have to confirm again. It contains no personal data and is strictly necessary for this function. We use no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.

Links to other websites

When you click a link, you are redirected to the destination website. Its own privacy policy applies there. Images on link pages may be delivered from our storage provider in the EU.

Reports

If you report a page, we store your report, the selected category and, if you provide it, your contact address, to review and respond to the report (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR). Reports are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Because the statistics are pseudonymous and the daily key is discarded, we usually cannot attribute stored entries to you.
